These are hands down the best hard boiled eggs I have ever had! They are a low carber’s dream! Everything we love and nothing we don’t. Bacon, eggs and cream cheese. I made 18 eggs in the video and served them on Easter Sunday 2016. They were all gone within a few hours. I am sure they will be as big a hit with your family as they were with mine!

12 large, hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup(s), Mayo
4 oz, Cheese, neufchatel
2 tbsp(s), prepared yellow mustard
4 slices, Bacon (Thick Slices)

Boil eggs I boil mine for 10 minutes then let them sit in the hot water another 10 minutes then rinse them in cold water and allow them to cool for about an hour.

When cool peal the eggs and cut in half. Place the yolks in a bowl and add the mayo, bacon, cream cheese, mustard, Worcestershire source and salt and pepper. Mash and combined to desired consistency.

I put my filling in a zip lock and cut one corner off then pipe the filling in the eggs. Garnish with bacon bits and paprika.
